Day 7: Pressing on

Note: I had finished the day 7 post in the evening of day 7. But I haven’t had a mobile phone signal in days. On the evening of day 8 I tried to post using someone else’s mobile hot spot. Unfortunately the speed was too slow to load the videos. Then I discovered an interesting “feature” on WordPress. When the images and video wouldn’t load, I was given 2 choices: Retry or Discard. After retrying several times without luck, I decided to quit trying, so I chose Discard. Now the entire day 7 post has been obliterated from existence.

So, I will need to rewrite day 7, I hope I can remember what all I had included. But, I would rather try to remain current with the limited time I have to write. So we’re on to day 8.

I do recall the word for day 7 is: GRATITUDE.

Note 2: T-Mobile connectivity has been nearly non-existent since Grand Rapids. Certainly not good enough to upload any photos in the few seconds when service sporadically and rarely appears. I’m attempting to upload this now at 10:38am on day 10 – Chad on board and Tickboy now home. Lots to catch you up on when I return to some semblance of civilization.

Or, maybe the zombie apocalypse has occurred and Chad and I are the only humans left? How will we procreate to save our species?

The music selection for day 7, as it was very fitting with my mood for the day is Bob Dylan’s Pressing On. This was also a fitting selection as on day 7 we passed as near as the river gets to Bob’s hometown of Hibbing, MN. Sorry I can’t yet provide a link, but thanks Bill Rohde for the perfect selection.

So let it be written, so let it be done. Or undone! Keep the pressure on!! Step on their necks and don’t let them breathe!!!!!

Great. Just when there’s an issue at the office you lose cell coverage. Looks like I’ll have to take matters into my own hands. Bwah..haha… jk – I’ll behave. Stay safe out there:)
